No society or nation can prosper without quality education, and quality education cannot exist without committed and qualified teachers. Teaching should not be seen merely as a job to earn a livelihood but as a passion and a mission. To become a successful and exemplary teacher, knowledge and experience alone are not enough. Teaching is an art, and mastering it requires developing specific skills—both macro and micro teaching techniques. To achieve excellence in this art, teachers must receive proper training, which underscores the need for strong teacher training institutions. With this goal in mind, the Tarkeshwar Narayan Agrawal Educational & Social Welfare Foundation established Bhuvan Malti College of Education in Motihari. The college is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), E.R.C. Bhubaneswar. It is also approved by AICTE and BSEB, Bihar. The college has been accredited with an NAAC B+ grade, recognized under UGC Section 2(f), and holds permanent affiliation for its B.Ed. program, reflecting its commitment to maintaining high academic standards. Our faculty consists of fully qualified, experienced, and dedicated educators who are committed to giving their best to guide and inspire students. Located in a serene rural environment, away from the noise and distractions of city life, the college provides a peaceful and focused atmosphere for learning. With well-equipped infrastructure and devoted teachers, we aim to develop the institute into a model center for teacher training, and we are confident that we are steadily moving toward that goal.
