The institute is located in Basatpur Bada Tola Village, Purvi Champaran District, Bihar. Its core objective is to produce competent, trained teachers for secondary schools, addressing the acute shortage of qualified educators in Bihar by providing high-quality teacher education aligned with NCTE guidelines. In addition to its B.Ed. program, the college also offers BBA, BCA, and M.A. in Education, all of which are approved by AICTE and BSEB, ensuring that students receive programs of recognized quality and credibility. The institute has carefully recruited expert faculty and provides the necessary infrastructure and supportive learning environment for effective teacher training.
